To help both you and our team stay aligned, we’ve put together this friendly guide to show how we handle projects. By working with us, you agree to the following terms, which keep everything fair and on track.

1. Starting Your Project

To get your project started, we kindly ask for a 60% deposit. This helps us secure the resources needed to begin and ensures your commitment. The remaining balance will be due based on the timeline we agree on together, giving you peace of mind about the payment schedule.

2. Clear Communication and Delivery

We believe in keeping you in the loop! Once we agree on the project, we’ll assign a timeline and make sure to stay in touch throughout the process. If there are any changes along the way—whether from your side or ours—we’ll communicate early so that there are no surprises.

3. Your Feedback Matters

After we’ve completed the project, we’ll ask for your thoughts. If something doesn’t look or feel right, don’t worry—you can request changes. We’re happy to adjust things that fit within the original agreement.

If you’d like to explore a new design direction that wasn’t part of the initial plan and it requires extra work, we’ll discuss the additional costs upfront so that there are no unexpected charges. If your new ideas fit within the original budget, we’ll make the changes without adding any extra costs.

4. What Happens if Plans Change?

We understand that things can change! However, if you decide to stop the project or change your mind after we’ve started, the deposit or any payments made are non-refundable. This is because we’ll have already invested time and resources into your project. We’re happy to chat if you have any concerns or need clarification!

5. Keeping Things Positive

We strive to make every project a great experience, but if the process becomes difficult due to uncooperative or harmful actions, we may need to part ways. In such cases, payments made so far won’t be refunded. Our goal is always to work together in a respectful and productive way.
